As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements</li>
<li>Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications</li>
<li>Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options</li>
<li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders</li>
<li>Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle</li>
<li>Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations</li>
<li>Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making</li>
<li>Develop sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies</li>

<p><strong>Who We're Looking For</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Implementations, Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS based environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or related industries</li>
<li>Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li>
<li>Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools</li>
<li>Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and ETL processes</li>
<li>Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
