Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will deliver complex programmes spanning data, CRM, master data management, regulatory change, and enterprise transformation.</p>
<p data-start="1154" data-end="1690">You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams and delivery partners to successfully execute large-scale initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen data capabilities, and support the bank's digital strategy.</p>

<li data-section-id="165b2cv" data-start="1873" data-end="2060">Manage cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, architects and technology partners to successfully deliver strategic programmes while balancing scope, timelines, quality and risk.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ctf5bz" data-start="2061" data-end="2237">Drive the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide data and master data strategies that support business transformation, regulatory compliance and digital innovation.</li>
<li data-section-id="1vpxzlb" data-start="2238" data-end="2481">Facilitate collaboration between Business, IT, Data, Architecture and Operations while leveraging <strong data-start="2338" data-end="2392">AI-enabled workflows and approved automation tools</strong> to improve project delivery, reporting and decision-making under appropriate governance.</li>

<ul data-start="2656" data-end="3598">
<li data-section-id="1ahjalk" data-start="2656" data-end="2840">8–10+ years' experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, Programme Manager, Transformation Manager, Stream Lead or Data Strategy & Advisory Lead, preferably within Financial Services.</li>
<li data-section-id="1oqlz8r" data-start="2841" data-end="3059">Proven experience delivering complex transformation, optimisation, CRM, master data, data management or enterprise technology programmes within banking, financial services, insurance or large enterprise environments.</li>
<li data-section-id="1t759rj" data-start="3060" data-end="3247">Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, solution architecture, data governance, master data management, analytics, process optimisation and technology transformation.</li>
<li data-section-id="1brpnzs" data-start="3248" data-end="3535">Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills with the ability to bridge Business, IT, Data and Architecture teams. <strong data-start="3390" data-end="3535">Comfortable adopting approved AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while applying sound judgement, governance and appropriate review.</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="1sbpfwn" data-start="3536" data-end="3598">Fluent German (C2 or near-native) and English (B2 or above).</li>
