We are growing our presence in France and are looking for an ambitious, Senior Account Executive to join our French sales team. You'll work alongside our Regional Sales Manager to expand Neptune's footprint in the French enterprise market — hunting new strategic customers and building long-term relationships with large organizations.
This is a pure new-business hunting role: you'll own a portfolio of target accounts across our priority industries, build your own pipeline from the ground up, and be the driving force behind new logo wins in France. You'll also be flexible to wear multiple hats — supporting marketing campaigns, representing Neptune at industry events, and feeding market insight back into the France go-to-market plan.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new-logo enterprise opportunities in France.
- Own and develop a personal portfolio of target accounts among large French corporations.
- Lead proactive outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate executive-level meetings and new opportunities — true hunter mentality, not account farming.
- Develop and execute account strategies to win business with large, strategic customers.
- Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and represent Neptune at major French industry events and trade shows.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations with Solution Consulting support, tailored to customer priorities.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from discovery through negotiation to closing — applying MEDDPIC or a similar sales methodology.
- Provide customer and market feedback to refine our go-to-market approach, and contribute to the France regional business plan alongside the Team Lead.
Your profileMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally SaaS or digital transformation solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently closing large, complex enterprise deals, with a genuine hunter mentality for new logo generation.
- Good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPIC or another structured enterprise sales methodology.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers (up to C-level) in large, global organizations.
- Familiarity with AI and Agentic AI concepts, including how AI agents can automate and orchestrate enterprise workflows across SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with the flexibility to take on different roles as needed (outreach, marketing support, event representation).
- Based in Paris, with the ability to travel regularly across France.
Preferred Qualifications- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise software market and experience navigating long, complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem and/or experience selling application development, low-code, or rapid application development platforms.
- Experience selling to large corporations and enterprise-scale organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
- Comfortable building and owning a personal portfolio of target companies from scratch.
