Full-time Marketing

Job Description

Our Company
At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity.

Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions.

We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale.

With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role

Our Performance Marketing team is growing! We’re looking for a PPC Lead to join our team in London.

In this role you will own paid search and display performance across our iGaming and Rewards brands, managing an external PPC agency while remaining hands-on enough to audit, restructure and optimise accounts directly.

You will be highly analytical with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the PPC strategy for our aggregator brands, ensuring the channel delivers the required volume and ROI across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

  • Manage the external PPC agency day-to-day, setting strategic direction, auditing account structure and ad copy, and holding performance to Quantum’s targets, not the agency’s defaults

  • Conduct hands-on account audits and restructures directly, with forensic knowledge of campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword management, Quality Score and tracking implementation

  • Manage account budgets and ensure spend delivery and efficiency are in line with ROAS and CPA targets, making daily optimisation decisions with accuracy

  • Build and own a test-and-learn roadmap across keyword strategy, match types, ad copy, landing page alignment and audience targeting, and implement robust testing processes that produce repeatable improvements

  • Monitor competitor PPC activity to understand the market and identify opportunities to improve our position within it

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis, keeping stakeholders up to date with performance and translating data into clear commercial insight

About You

  • Established in a hands-on PPC role, with proven experience owning and optimising significant monthly budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

  • Forensic knowledge of campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword structure, Quality Score, ad copy testing and tracking implementation including Google Tag Manager and GA4

  • Experience managing or closely overseeing an external PPC agency, with a track record of holding agency output to a high standard and knowing when to push back

  • Able to conduct deep-dive account audits and restructures independently, not just review agency work

  • Profit-focused and KPI driven, fluent in ROAS, CPA, CTR and CVR, and comfortable making data-led decisions at pace

  • Strong reporting skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio

  • Knowledge of pixel and conversion tracking implementation, attribution modelling and analytics software

  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate, comparison or another regulated, high-intent vertical is advantageous

  • Openness to building an in-house PPC function over time as the channel grows

  • You thrive when working as part of a team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

  • Travel Insurance

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Company Bonus Scheme

  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)

  • Market-Leading Training Programme

  • Recognition & Reward Scheme

  • Annual Company Conference

  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches

  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
