Job Description

About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner at myTomorrows, you are a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the Leadership Team. In this Individual contributor People Business Partner role, you will translate business priorities into practical people solutions that enable high performing teams and organizational growth.

You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational design, performance, engagement, and talent development. You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution and are comfortable navigating the pace, ambiguity, and opportunities of a fast growing international scale up.

Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates who live within commuting distance of our Amsterdam office.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Partner with senior leaders and Leadership Team members on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and organizational health.

  • Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, feedback, development, and difficult people conversations.

  • Lead complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement, conflict resolution, absence management, and sensitive exits.

  • Drive and continuously improve key People programs, including performance management, engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.

  • Translate business strategy into practical People initiatives that support organizational growth and scalability.

  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and recommend actions that improve engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to deliver an outstanding employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Ensure consistent application of People policies, employment legislation, and People practices across your business areas.

  • Lead cross functional People projects that improve organizational effectiveness, manager capability, and operational excellence.

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner who balances strategic thinking with hands on execution.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience or experience as a People Business Partner in a fast growing international organization.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational and people topics.

  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.

  • Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable business insights.

  • Comfortable operating independently, making sound judgments, and managing competing priorities.

  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS, HealthTech, or scale up environment is highly preferred.

  • Experience with modern HR systems such as Personio is a plus.

  • Experience supporting international teams is a plus.

What we offer:

  • Serve a purposeful mission by helping patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.

  • International work environment with scale up energy and a flat organization.

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity.

  • Great career development opportunities in a growing company.

  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Attractive pension plan with the full premium covered by us.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Policies that support working parents.

  • Healthy lunch at the office.

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists through OpenUp.

  • An additional holiday every year to celebrate Liberation Day on May 5.
