Join us as Partner Success Lead - Chartered Accountants and turn Qonto’s network of accounting firms into its strongest growth channel. You’ll lead a team of 7 Partner Success Managers, own the customer acquisition and revenue they generate, and shape the partnership strategy alongside Charles, our Business Unit Director.
➡️ What you’ll do
- Lead and grow the team: Coach 7 Partner Success Managers through onboarding, performance, and career moves.
- Co-own the channel strategy: Define the Chartered Accountant partnership ambition with the Business Unit Director.
- Own the numbers: Drive referrals, KYBs, retention, and partner revenue across the portfolio, using AI to turn partner data into sharper targeting.
- Build the next playbook: Design scalable ways for firms to engage with Qonto that go well beyond asking them for referrals.
- Support high-stakes partner meetings: Join your team in video calls or in-person meetings with managing partners and C-level stakeholders when strategic opportunities or challenges call for your involvement.
- Work across the company: Partner with Sales, Marketing, SalesOps, GrowthOps and Product on activation, escalations, and market insights, and advocate for the resources your team needs.
➡️ What we’re looking for
- Portfolio growth: You’ve spent 5+ years growing partners or accounts in B2B, and you’re customer centric and you grow portfolios over the long term.
- Real management experience: You’ve already led or mentored a team (of at least 5 people), and the technical side of people management doesn’t faze you.
- Driven by initiative and a proactive mindset: You challenge the status quo and bring ideas to leadership.
- Senior stakeholder ease: You’re comfortable in the room with managing partners and C-level decision-makers.
- Accounting know-how (a plus): You understand bookkeeping, accounting workflows and invoicing regulations, or you're eager to learn them quickly.
- Field-ready: You can travel occasionally, and you're open to a hybrid field role as the accountant channel develops.
- AI-fluent and business-minded: You use AI tools in your daily workflow and think in referral rates, portfolio health, and partner revenue potential.
- Languages: You’re fluent in French (native at least C2 level) and comfortable in English (at least C1 level).

You’ll report to Charles Macaire, Business Unit Director. An École Polytechnique graduate, Charles started out at EDF and Air Liquide, then ran a several-hundred-million-euro P&L and B2B commercial teams at Amazon, before leading global Sales & Customer Success at Sleek in Singapore. He’s looking for someone who is proactive and business oriented.
