About the Team
Our enterprise team serves internationally operating companies that want to simplify mobile connectivity across borders. Instead of many contracts with different network operators, they get one provider, one platform and consistent processes from 1GLOBAL, including eSIM, IoT connectivity and API integration. We work directly with customers and indirectly through resellers and distributors, in the DACH region and across our other markets.
We are growing with our existing customers, through our partners and from new inbound requests. Many of these opportunities don't need a long enterprise sales cycle; they need fast and reliable closing. That is where you come in: you own this business independently, with your own targets and short paths into the team. You will be the first person in this role and shape it from day one.
About the Role
You win revenue with our existing customers, partners and new inbound requests: from identifying needs through quoting and negotiation to signature and activation. With your own sales targets, you own a clearly defined segment and work closely with our enterprise and partner teams in the DACH region and internationally.
Grow existing customers
- You manage a portfolio of existing customers, spot additional needs (more countries, users, plans or IoT use cases) and turn them into upsell and cross-sell deals.
- You own contract renewals and expansions, from timely outreach through to signature.
- You are your customers' first point of contact in sales and resolve requests quickly, together with Customer Success or Support where needed.
Qualify and close new opportunities
- You handle inbound requests, qualify them in a first call and close small and mid-sized deals yourself.
- You hand larger opportunities over to our enterprise sales team, well prepared, and support them through to closing.
- You use campaigns, events and referrals to start new conversations with companies in our focus segments.
Activate partner revenue
- You support our resellers and distributors day to day: with quotes for their end customers, pricing questions and orders.
- You make sure new partners are up and running quickly and close their first deals.
- You identify which partners have more potential and agree next steps with Partner Management.
From quote to activation
- You prepare quotes, negotiate terms within our pricing guidelines and take deals through to signature.
- You manage the path from order to activation, because revenue only starts once connections go live.
- You keep your pipeline and forecast up to date in our CRM so we always know where we stand.
Requirements
About You
Must Have
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written: you negotiate and write in both languages every day
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree, plus 1 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, for example in inside sales, account management, as an SDR/BDR or in sales support with direct customer contact
- Drive to close: you enjoy working towards targets and follow up until the deal is signed
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written: you negotiate and write in both languages every day
- Structure and reliability: you keep many deals and orders moving in parallel and see each one through
- Confident on the phone, by email and on video calls, with a friendly and solution-oriented tone
- Experience with CRM systems and confident with MS Office, especially Excel
Nice to Have
- Experience in telecommunications or IT, for example with a network operator, service provider, system integrator or distributor
- Experience in indirect sales with resellers and distributors
- Experience with quoting and contract processes in an enterprise environment
- Additional languages, for example Dutch, Spanish, French, Polish or Portuguese
