  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating computers, multi-screen environments, and basic software applications.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and a positive problem-solving mindset.
  • Relocation Readiness: Willingness and motivation to relocate to Greece in the coming weeks.

Benefits

  • 14 Salaries per Year: In Greece, you receive extra salary bonuses for Easter, Summer, and Christmas!
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Extra financial rewards based on your achievements and team KPIs.
  • Full Relocation Support:

    • Real estate guidance to help you find your permanent apartment in Athens
  • Paid Professional Training: Comprehensive onboarding program to get you fully confident before taking your first customer inquiry.
  • Career Progression: Clear growth paths into Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, Training, or Operations within major global companies.
  • Mediterranean Lifestyle: Over 300 days of sunshine a year, vibrant city life, world-famous cuisine, and incredible beaches right on your doorstep.
