<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>Customer Service Specialist Coffee</strong> to support our coffee logistic activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in contract administration, logistics coordination, and supplier management to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our customers and logistic service providers.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers.</li>
<li>Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor contract processing timelines and maintain high accuracy standards.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Who We're Looking For</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.</li>
<li>Professional experience in customer service, procurement support, logistics, or contract administration.</li>
<li>Fluent written and spoken English and German.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.</li>
<li>Knowledge of international trade processes and Incoterms.</li>
<li>Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations within trading environments.</li>
<li>Experience in commodity trading, food products, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.</li>
