<h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a senior marketing leader to own Factor's European growth. You will run the full marketing agenda across multiple markets: acquiring new customers efficiently, owning the P&L across countries, and building the partnerships and channels that will take Factor beyond direct-to-consumer. This is a lean, flat team that moves fast. You will have full accountability for European decisions, and you will work directly with the leadership team to shape where the business goes next.</p>
<h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Scale new customer acquisition at efficient CAC.</strong> Own the social-first growth engine (Meta, influencers, and partnerships) and keep it efficient as spend grows significantly.</li>
<li><strong>Own the P&L across multiple markets.</strong> Set and deliver marketing plans, targets, and budgets, and make the trade-offs between markets and channels.</li>
<li><strong>Grow the partnerships network.</strong> Expand our rolodex of influencers and strategic partners that feed the acquisition engine.</li>
<li><strong>Lead creative with a clear point of view.</strong> Oversee creative functions and set a direction for how Factor shows up for customers.</li>
<li><strong>Partner with finance.</strong> Work with finance on business planning, forecasting, and end-to-end customer retention.</li>
<li><strong>Prepare new growth channels.</strong> Build toward new distribution channels such as retail and B2B over the next 12 to 18 months, establishing revenue lines beyond direct-to-consumer.</li>
<li><strong>Build and lead a lean, high-performing team.</strong> Create clear accountability and keep the organization flat, adding capacity only where the opportunity is clear.</li>

<h2><strong>What you'll bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Senior marketing leadership at a scaled European subscription or e-commerce brand</strong>, with a track record of growing new customer volume at efficient acquisition costs.</li>
<li><strong>P&L ownership across several countries.</strong> You have been accountable for results, not only for marketing activity.</li>
<li><strong>General management experience.</strong> This can come from business, strategy, or consulting roles, or from end-to-end management, including at a smaller company.</li>
<li><strong>Multi-market exposure.</strong> You have led or covered several markets as part of your scope.</li>
<li><strong>Hands-on leadership.</strong> You are comfortable diving deep yourself and are not only a manager of managers. Earlier-stage or high-growth experience is a strong plus.</li>
<li><strong>Data-driven judgment.</strong> You are fluent in data and use it to make fast, clear decisions.</li>
<li><strong>Speed and agility, relentless prioritization, and a growth mindset.</strong> You thrive in fast-moving environments and focus on what moves the business.</li>
<li><strong>Customer centricity.</strong> You put the customer at the center and work well across functions, including operations and finance.</li>
