Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Appointment Setter (Talent Acquisition) based in United Kingdom.

Join a fast-paced, fully remote environment supporting growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands with their talent acquisition needs. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in keeping recruitment pipelines active by initiating conversations, qualifying candidates, and scheduling calls efficiently. You will manage daily outreach, respond to candidate inquiries, and ensure every interaction is tracked accurately. Working with structured systems and clear performance indicators, you will balance outreach volume with the quality of candidate engagement. This execution-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives on speed, organization, and ownership. You will collaborate closely with fulfillment, customer success, and interview teams while contributing to smoother recruitment processes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage candidate outreach and appointment scheduling from initial contact through qualification and booking. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contact candidates daily through LinkedIn and other platforms using personalized outreach messages.

  • Manage inbound replies and maintain inbox zero every day, ensuring fast and professional responses.

  • Qualify candidates through chat and short calls when necessary, assessing their interest, availability, and expectations.

  • Schedule qualified candidates directly into the appropriate calendars.

  • Track, label, and update all leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or other designated systems.

  • Use automated outreach tools alongside manual follow-ups to maintain strong response rates.

  • Meet key performance indicators related to response times, booked calls, and qualified conversations.

  • Keep recruitment pipelines accurate and organized, ensuring no leads are overlooked or left without follow-up.

  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Interview Managers to align outreach activities with daily priorities.

  • Report directly to the Head of Fulfillment and suggest practical improvements to make outreach and scheduling more efficient.

  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of conversations while maintaining accuracy and a positive candidate experience. You should bring strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently in a structured, performance-driven environment. Key qualifications include:

    • Previous experience in eCommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting is preferred.

    • Strong written English and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with candidates.

    • Comfort with daily outreach, high-volume messaging, and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.

    • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to follow-ups.

    • Experience tracking leads, maintaining accurate records, and following established workflows.

    • Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools; Airtable or ClickUp experience is an advantage.

    • Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy or attention to detail.

    • Confidence in conducting warm, engaging conversations and assessing candidate interest.

    • A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems without constant supervision.

    • Benefits:

      • Monthly compensation ranging from €1,000 to €2,000.

      • Freelance / independent contractor arrangement.

      • Fully remote work with worldwide team collaboration.

      • Opportunity to work directly with fast-growing DTC and eCommerce brands.

      • Exposure to modern recruiting methods and high-performance outreach systems.

      • Structured routines, clear expectations, and transparent performance indicators.

      • Direct access to leadership and opportunities to contribute process improvements.

      • Potential career progression into Interview Manager or Client Manager positions.
