Job Description

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

Position Overview

Dandy is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic customers — multi-location dental groups, DSOs, and key enterprise accounts. You will serve as the primary partner to executive and clinical leaders, driving value across their organizations through consultative engagement, data-driven insights, and expansion strategies.

As the owner of a smaller, high-impact book of business, your primary goal is to increase average revenue per practice and retain the existing business by delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and aligning Dandy’s solutions to enterprise-level business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results for our largest partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Own a portfolio of Dandy’s largest, most complex customers (multi-location groups and enterprise accounts).
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across your book of business.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment between Dandy’s offerings and customer goals.

Commercial Growth

  • Identify and execute on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across locations and departments.
Partner with enterprise procurement, operations, and finance teams to negotiate renewals and new commercial terms.

  • Lead conversations around scaling scanner deployments, doctor activations, and adoption of new Dandy products and services.

Customer Relationship Leadership

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at top accounts.

  • Deliver strategic business reviews, performance insights, and partnership roadmaps to demonstrate ROI and strengthen collaboration.

  • Anticipate customer needs and lead proactive initiatives to prevent churn and accelerate growth.

Clinical & Operational Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of dental group operations, digital workflows, and the evolving competitive landscape.

  • Speak fluently in the language of clinicians and business operators to offer credible, tailored recommendations.
Collaborate with Dandy’s product and clinical teams to provide feedback that drives innovation and customer success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Training, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and scaling.

  • Contribute insights from enterprise accounts to influence product roadmap and operational improvements.

  • Continuously experiment with engagement strategies, value frameworks, and communication approaches to enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare technology industry.

  • Proven success managing and growing large, complex, multi-location customer accounts.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals in enterprise environments.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Highly motivated, performance-oriented, and passionate about improving the customer experience.

  • Willingness to travel about 40% for key customer meetings, industry events, and company offsites.
